Low moisture pasta

Low moisture drying allows us to manufacture pasta perfect for maintaining a consistent degree of moisture in convenience food products. Our high-temperature drying machines can produce a majority of our pressed and stamped pasta as low moisture products. In a gentle process, the pasta is dried until only 7% moisture remains.
